  7. Para espesar un poquito la salsa, le echamos una cucharadita de alemendra molida.
  8. 10 min antes de que hacer los 60 min, echamos los champis con ajo y perejil pasados por una sartén con aceite: Primero cocinamos un poco los champis con sal y luego cuando estén dorados, añadimos el ajo y el perejil. Lo añadimos a la olla.
