- En un pocillo para remojar las galletas ponen las 3 tazas de agua caliente con el café y el baileys. Van metiendo las galletas cuando estén completamente pasadas de líquido, las ordenan en la fuente (la mía es de 32 cm)
- Sobre la primera capa de galletas ponen la mitad de la crema
- Luego repiten el proceso de las galletas y ponen sobre ellas la segunda mitad de la crema, pueden hacerla lisa o con manga. Para que les quede más aireada y sin grumos la puedes pasar por un colador :)
- Espolvorean cacao, café y chocolate rallado (o lo que quieran de eso, no es necesario todo) y directo al refri!
