  2. 3 huevos (separar yemas de claras)
  3. 100 grs azúcar
  4. 1 paquete queso philadelphia (125grs)

  6. 1 caja crema para batir 200 ml
  7. opcional: licor

  1. Ojo: Usé un molde pequeño de 20× 15 cms por lo que dividí a la mitad los gramos de los ingredientes. PARA MOLDE MÁS GRANDE DOBLAR LAS PORCIONES PARA LA RECETA ORIGINAL (6 huevos, 2 paq. galletas, 2 queso crema, etc)
  2. Reunir los ingredientes
  3. Este postre tiene pasos que se deben seguir en orden. Primero: Separar las claras de las yemas
  4. Batir las claras a punto nieve y reservar
  5. Batir la crema para batir hasta que doble su volumen y reservar
  6. Batir las yemas con el azúcar hasta que quede una mezcla blanca (esto "pasteurizara" las yemas) **Otra opción es que las yemas junto al azúcar se disuelvan y luego batir a baño María, por unos minutos procurando que no se cocine el huevo
  7. Una vez listo el batido de las yemas con el azúcar agregar el queso crema y volver a batir
  8. Luego que quede mezclado, con la ayuda de una espátula ir incorporando las claras batidas a nieve y luego la mezcla de la crema en forma envolvente
  9. Reservar
  10. Preparar un café expresso (o preparar un café de tu elección) disolverlo en 1 taza de agua tibia y una cucharada de azúcar. acá si lo deseas puedes agregar unas cucharaditas de licor.
  11. En tu molde poner una capa de la mezcla de las preparaciones batidas y espolvorear un poquito de cacao o chocolate amargo
  12. Al comenzar a montar las galletas sobre la base de la crema ir remojándolas solo dos segundos y sacar. ir poniéndolas en orden una al lado de otra. Poner otra capa de crema y nuevamente otra de galletas hasta que llegue al borde de tu molde.
  13. La última capa debe ser de crema. cubrir con el cacao totalmente y rallar un chocolate dulce sobre él. Yo usé chocolate en rama y lo molí, porque no tenía otro.
  14. Este postre se debe refrigerar. es mejor hacerlo de un día para otro para que quede más lindo al servirlo. a disfrutar
