- La siguiente capa es de la crema de queso. Volver a repetir con los bizcochos y luego otra capa de crema hasta gastar todos los ingredientes acabando con la crema.
- Espolvorear con el cacao (como es mi caso) o con chocolate negro rallado y llevar a la nevera un mínimo de 3 horas.
- Desmoldar justo en el momento de servir y decorar con un lazo de seda rojo o del color que más os guste. Queda muy elegante y además es un acierto seguro.
