  6. Añadir la harina tamizada en mínimo 4 tandas incorporando con movimientos envolventes.
  7. Disponer esta mezcla en una manga pastelera y "manguear" sobre una placa formando pequeñas lenguas o huesitos. Cocinar por máximo 15 minutos a 180°.
  8. Por último enbeber las galletas en caliente en un expresso o un tinto bien cargado sin azúcar. Disponer en vasos tipo parfeit con la crema o como se desee.
