  5. En otro bowl, también a baño María, añado las claras de los huevos y lo llevo hasta punto nieve. Retiro del fuego, y con movimientos envolventes se lo añado a la preparación anterior.
  6. Ya con el relleno listo, humedezco las vainillas en el café, completando el fondo del molde. Espolvoreo cacao en polvo y sobre eso, vierto la mitad de la mezcla.
  7. Coloco otra fila de vainillas humedecidas, sobre eso el relleno sobrante y cacao en polvo nuevamente.
  8. ¡Se lleva a la heladera por más de 3 horas, y listo!.
