  5. Preparar un buen café (ya que estamos en el templo de la cocina, eviten en lo posible el instantáneo!) y agregarle Amaretto (mucho cuidado porque el licor de almendra es MUY invasivo).
  6. Humedecer las vainillas con el café con Amaretto -ni empapadas ni secas, yo lo hago directamente luego de acomodarlas en la fuente). Tener presente que van a seguir absorbiendo humedad de la mezcla.
  7. Armar capas alternadas de vainillas humedecida -bastante juntas- y mezcla, hasta llegar al borde de la fuente. Presionar un poco cada capa.
  8. Terminar con la mezcla y espolvorear, hasta cubrir, con cacao amargo. Dejar reposar en heladera 5 a 6 horas. Yo hago tres capas de vainillas (tenerlo en cuenta para la compra de las vainillas -preferentemente de panadería, no industriales-; que sean suficientes para cubrir 3 veces una fuente de aproximadamente 30 por 30 cm.).
