Además esta receta es sin queso mascarpone ya que no es muy accesible por el precio. Pero como es un queso agrio yo le pongo gotas de limón al queso crema y es muy parecido!

- 360 gr crema de leche
- 360 gr queso crema
- Gotas medio limón
- 3 yemas
- 3 claras
- 200 gr azúcar
- 36 galletitas de vainilla
- C/n café instantáneo
- C/n esencia de vainilla
- C/n cacao amargo o ralladura de chocolate
Steps to make to make Tiramisú
- Llevar a baño María las yemas con 150 gr de azúcar hasta que ésta se disuelva.
- Batir la crema de leche a punto pico o hasta que quede firme.
- Batir las claras con el restante de azúcar hasta punto pico.
- En el bol más grande colocar el queso crema, la esencia de vainilla y las gotas de medio limón y mezclar (no batir).
- Luego agregar a la mezcla del queso crema: las yemas, las claras, la crema de leche y revolver en forma envolvente.
- Preparar el café en dos tazas y hacerlo bien cargado. Para armar el tiramisú debemos remojar las vainillas en café (de a una, si no se deshacen) e ir colocándolas en la base de la fuente. Luego agregar la mezcla, y luego otra capa de vainillas y así sucesivamente...
- Llevar a heladera por dos horas y luego espolvorear cacao amargo o el chocolate rallado sobre el tiramisú. -el chocolate realza el sabor del café-.
- Pd: también le pueden agregar gelatina sin sabor pero la deben hacer a baño maría, si hacen un sobre de 7 gr le deben agregar 35 ml de agua. Yo nunca le agrego gelatina porque lo dejo toda la noche en la heladera y me queda consistente :D
