- Templamos en el microondas unos segundos la gelatina para que quede líquida y le añadimos a la mezcla de queso integramos con la varilla eléctrica para que quede todo uniforme
- Dividimos la crema en tres porciones, una de las porciones la reservamos en la nevera,ponemos encima de la base de galleta una de las porciones, con el café que nos ha sobrado iremos mojando los bizcochos de soletilla y adaptando encima de la crema
- Volvemos a poner una segunda porción de la crema y una vez que esté bien extendida añadimos un poco de cacao con un tamizador, la tercera parte de la crema que habíamos reservado la ponemos en una manga pastelera para ir decorando la tarta, finalizando con cacao tamizado por encima, reservamos en la nevera de un día para otro
