  5. En un bols batir a medio punto la crema agregar el azúcar impalpable luego agregar el queso crema el 1/4 de café restante y mezclar
  6. Sobre la preparación agregar la gelatina hidratada en agua fría y calentada 30 segundos en microondasy compensando densidades vierte en la gelatina una cucharada de la crema del tiramussu para evitar grumos siempre tengan en cuenta ese paso cuando trabajan con gelatina sin sabor para dar cuerpo y firmeza al preparado
  7. Volcar la mitad de la preparación sobre las vainillas y sobre la preparación hacer el segundo piso de Vainillas previo a remojar las en el líquido
  8. Verter sobre las vainillas la preparación restante emparejar y llevar al frezzer al menos 2 horas
  9. Desmoldar retirando el acetato ayudando con un cuchillo en los bordes y presentar en bandeja
