- Esta receta la legumbre no se pone en agua con antelación, se tienen en el congelador y se empiezan a cocinar directamente congeladas
- En un cazo con agua hirviendo, cocemos durante 5 minutos la morcilla, el chorizo y la panceta desalada para eliminar impurezas.
- Por su parte, el lacón lo cocemos por otro lado durante 1 hora.
- En una cazuela caliente, añadimos les fabes frescas congeladas y el agua. Es necesario cubrir la legumbre.

- Tapamos de nuevo la cazuela y lo dejamos cocinar a fuego lento durante 4 horas sin mover la legumbre con cuchara (la moveremos en vaivén la cazuela cada 30 min más o menos y añadiendo caldo de pollo caliente a demanda). El tiempo de cocinado dependerá de la legumbre que iremos probando hasta que esté perfecta. Y tras ese cocinado, dejaremos reposar 1 hora)
- Tras el reposo, sacamos el chorizo, la morcilla y la panceta.
