  7. Mientras pelamos y cortamos en dados la calabaza y el colinabo
  8. Añadimos el sofrito a la olla.
  9. Lavamos las hojas de col kale
  10. Desmenuzamos las hojas de col kale en la olla desechando los tronquitos. Después añadimos la calabaza, el colinabo, un poco de sal y pimentón. Dejamos hervir tapado a fuego lento otros 10 minutos
  11. Yo lo dejo preparado de buena mañana para reposar y recalentar antes de comer
  12. Además también añado un puñado de arroz para tener más nutrientes. Se cocina en los 15 minutos de calentamiento
