- 200 gr. Chocolate p/taza (para rallar)

- Lo primero a realizar es, colocar el queso Mascarpone y la crema chantilly en el bowl (deben estar bien frías)una vez lista (bien montada)tapar.con film y reservar unos minutos...
En otro bowl donde quepan las vainillas, preparar el café bien cargado y dejar enfriarlo, luego le agrego el café al coñac o el licor que más te guste... - Untar las vainillas e ir colocando en el molde deseado, yo usé uno de 18x16 por 6cm. De alto. Fui colocando las vainillas embebidas, luego coloque la crema en una manga con un pico redondo (puede ser el pico que desees o con espátula)...
- Espolvoreamos con chocolate rallado y por encima con cacao amargo en polvo, luego repetimos (vainilla, crema y terminamos espolvoreando nuevamente con chocolate y cacao amargo)
- Una vez listo yo lo dejé hasta el otro día y esta fantástico y las visitas quedaron encantadas!!
