  2. En una cacerolita poner los huevos y azúcar y batir para que se cocinen sin coagular. Retirar del fuego, pasar aún bowl, agregarle los quesos mezclando para unificar y por último la nata montada
  3. En una fuente acomodar los bizcochos humedecerlos çon el almíbar poner una capa de crema. Otra de bizcochos humedecer con almíbar, otra capa de crema y por último espolvorear con el cacao. Llevar a nevera 12 horas. Yo lo dejo 24 mínimo. Cuanto más pasa el tiempo más rico se pone.
