- 1 cda esencia de ron

- Primero preparar cada crema por separado; para crema batida tener la crema refrigerada al menos una noche, mezclar con el azúcar flor y comenzar a batir hasta que quede firme, bien montada. Reservar.
- Ahora batir las yemas enérgicamente por unos 5 min con el azúcar, hasta que queden cremosas y de un color claro. Reservar.
- Para la crema de queso, batir el queso crema con la crema hasta integrar muy bien, y quede bien cremoso y firme.
- Ahora, mezcla con movimientos envolventes hasta integrar muy bien la crema de yemas con la de queso.
- Ahora, ir integrando a nuestra mezcla de cremas, la crema batida, poco a poco con movimientos envolventes hasta integrar todo! Reservar.
- Preparar el café para remojar las galletas, mezclando el agua caliente con el café, azúcar y la esencia de ron, aunque puede ser un amaretto o ron, yo solo tenia esencia. Y comenzamos con el armado, yo hice 12 porciones individuales, pero puedes hacer una bandeja grande y cortar las porciones después. Remojar las galletas en el café, solo una pasada porque absorben mucho y rápido, y poner en la base del recipientes que uses cubriendo el fondo. Luego una capa de nuestra crema.
- .. una nueva capa de galletas remojadas en café y otra capa de crema. Cuando llegues al tope de arriba, o termines tus ingredientes, esparcir bien la crema del final y espolvorear cacao amargo encima cubriendo toda la superficie superior.
- Finalmente refrigerar por al menos una noche y servir bien helado y reposado, y disfrutar!
