Es la primera vez que lo hago , algunos ingredientes como la crema de leche y el queso mascarpone son difíciles de conseguir o algunas veces hasta muy caros a lo cual decide intentar hacerlos para ver cómo salían y sinceramente su resultado me sorprendió muchísimo. 🥰

- ▪️2 cditas de coñac de café
- Para el armado:
- ▪️3 yemas
- ▪️90 gramos de azúcar

- ▪️200 gramos de crema de leche
- ▪️22 vainillas
- ▪️chocolate para rallar (opcional)
- Para espolvorear al final:

- Primero debemos preparar el café yo utilicé una taza de café a la cual le agregué dos cditas de coñac y lo deje a un lado para que se enfríe y seguir preparando el relleno
- Debemos llevar a baño María un bowl con las yemas y el azúcar. Batir por 5 minutos hasta tener una cremita cremosa, integrar la esencia de vainilla cuando la cremita se estée formando
- Luego debemos batir la crema un poco sin llegar a formar una chantilly solo batir un poco.
(La crema debe estar bien fría al igual que los utensilios) - Luego debemos verter el queso mascarpone en la preparación de yemas, junto a la crema de leche batir con un batidor globo
- A la hora de armar debemos colocar una base de vainillas bañadas en café, luego espolvorear chocolate en barra y una parte del relleno, espolvorear nuevamente chocolate rallado
- Colocar otra capa de vainillas bañadas en café, luego chocolate rallado, relleno y nuevamente chocolate rallado
- Debemos tapar y dejar enfriar una hora
- Luego colocamos cacao tamizado sobre todo el tiramisú
