- Para el jarabe de café ponemos a hervir nuestra agua junto con el azúcar después retiramos del fuego y agregamos el café soluble al gusto
- Para la crema mascarpone hacemos un paté a bombe con el huevo y el azúcar incorporando poco a poco para evitar cortar la mezcla
- Hidratamos nuestra grenetina, empezamos a montar nuestra crema para batir una vez y adulto deseado agregamos el queso mascarpone y ponernos a baño maría nuestra grenetina, después incorporamos a esta mezcla junto con el paté a bombé
- Para el montaje mojamos nuestra soletas en el jarabe de café después de unos haciendo una base para encima poner nuestra crema de mascarpone Y así seguimos hasta terminar nuestro tiramisú
