- Preparar un ragú con la cebolla, el ajo, la carne picada, y el tomate.(pochamos el ajo y la cebolla, con un poco de aceite en una cazuelita, cuando estén un poco dorados, añadimos el tomate, salpimentamos)
- (Doramos en una sartén la carne picada, cuando esté dorada la añadimos al tomate, añadimos 1 pizca de albahaca, tomillo y romero.) Dejamos que se haga a fuego lento.
- Calentar el horno a 180°
- Freír los fideos en un poco de aceite hasta que estén dorados(ojo que se queman enseguida).
- Dorar la carne adobada. En una paellera, Mezclar con el ragú y los fideos. Cubrir con el caldo y meter en el horno 10 minutos.
- Pasado este tiempo mezclar un poco y rectificar de sal, meter 5 minutos. más en el horno.
- Sacar dejar reposar 2m. y servir. Buen provecho.
