- A continuación añadir las seis cucharadas de tomate. Añadir uno de los pimientos morrones cortado a trozos, (el otro és para decorar al final). Sazonar y poner las hebras de azafrán.
- Añadir vasitos pequeños de agua, hasta que el conejo esté tierno. Una vez el conejo esté tierno, sacarlo de la cazuela y la salsa pasarla por el minipimer y volver a ponerlo todo en la cazuela.
- Darle unas vueltas y añadir los fideos, rehogarlo todo junto y dejar reposar un rato, para que se impregnen todos los sabores ( los he dejado 30 minutos)-
- Añadir agua caliente, poco a poco, para que no queden caldosos, ir moviendo la paellera ó cazuela, para que no se peguen. Aproximadamente tardan en estar cocidos unos 15 minutos, probarlos y rectificar de sal.
- Adornar con el otro pimiento morrón cortado a tiras. Dejar reposar 5 minutos y sevir caliente.
