Echamos un buen chorretón de aceite en la olla, y ponemos el ajo y la cebolla a fuego medio. Cuando la cebolla comience a pocharse, incorporamos el pimiento.
- 10 minutos más tarde de incorporar el pimiento, añadimos el chorizo cortado en cubitos de unos 15mm más o menos. Cuando estos suelten su jugo y su grasilla, incorporamos la pasta y la tostamos durante 5 minutos.
