- Incorporamos el vino y cocinamos hasta que se evapore un poco el alcohol.
- Agregamos los fideos tostados y cubrimos con el caldo, ponemos el fuego medio y cocinamos hasta que el líquido se haya evaporado.
- Sacamos del fuego y tapamos con un repasador 10 minutos y listo!!!!
