Cuando empiece a hervir bajamos el fuego y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio, unos 15-20 minutos.
  5. Veremos que ya está cuando se haya consumido el caldo. Dejamos que se vayan secando los fideos y se vayan poniendo de punta. Apagamos, dejamos reposar 5 minutos y así terminaran de ponerse de punta todos los fideos.
