- 1 rebanada pan de molde
- 1 chorrito leche

- Transcurrido el reposo, sacamos nuestra masa de la nevera y ponemos un plato con harina. Vamos cogiendo porciones con las manos, hacemos una bola y la aplastamos sobre la harina, dándole forma de hamburguesa. Cuando hayamos terminado dejamos que reposen 15 minutos en la nevera antes de freír.
- A la hora de freír nuestros filetes rusos de pollo, ponemos una sartén al fuego con un chorrito generoso de aceite (que cubra unos 2 dedos) y cuando esté caliente echamos nuestros filetes y los doramos. Yo los hago 1 minuto por cada lado a fuego medio-alto y luego otra vez 1 minuto por cada lado a fuego medio para que se hagan por dentro. Antes de servir pasamos por un plato cubierto con papel de cocina para que absorba el exceso de aceite.
