  15. 2 cucharaditas almidón de maíz (o patata)
  16. 3 cucharaditas pimentón
  17. 1/4 cucharadita sal
  18. 1/4 cucharadita pimienta
  19. Salsa
  20. 3 limas
  21. 3 cucharadas agua fría
  22. 2 dientes ajo
  23. 1 cucharadita azúcar
  24. 1 cucharadita salsa pescado
  25. 1 cucharada aceite girasol
  26. 1/4 cucharadita sal
  27. 1/2 cucharadita pimienta

  1. En un bol, introduciremos en primer lugar todos los ingredientes del adobo que mezclaremos con la carne en tiras y dejaremos marinar por el mayor tiempo posible para que la carne adquiera todo el sabor.
  2. En un wok, calentáremos 3 cucharadas de aceite de girasol dónde freiremos las cebolletas picadas hasta que adquieran un na cierta tonalidad dorada.
  3. Incorporaremos la carne y saltearemos durante unos 5-10 min.
  4. En otro recipiente, mezclaremos todos los ingredientes de la salsa lok lak.
  5. A la hora de emplatar prepararemos en cada plato un lecho de hojas de lechuga sobre las que colocaremos un par de rodajas de tomate.
  6. Terminaremos nuestro emplatado sirviendo con arroz al vapor y añadiendo un cuenco de la salsa para ir mojando la carne.
  7. A disfrutar !!
